Refund policy

1. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with European legislation, you have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return.- The 14-day period begins the day after delivery.
- If the last day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day .
- The return must concern products in their original condition (see section 2).
2. Return conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the returned item must:
- Must be unworn (home fitting permitted)
- To be unwashed and unused
- Keep the original packaging and all labels
Any product that is damaged or whose original packaging is damaged beyond simply opening will not be refunded.

At your expense, unless the product is defective, non-compliant or in case of an error on our part .
3. Return Procedure
Option 1: From your customer account
- Log in to your account at www.famjeans.com/account
- In the Orders section, select the relevant order.
- Click on Request a Return
- State a reason and, if you would like a refund in store credit* , specify it in the comments.
- Send your request.
*Note : If no comments are specified, the refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method.
If you would like to opt for a refund in the form of store credit with deduction of return shipping costs (depending on your eligibility), please inform us by email before processing.
Option 2: From your confirmation email
- Open your order confirmation email
- Click on View your order
- Follow the same steps as above to request a return
Once your request has been validated by our team, you will receive a DPD return label by email.

5. Reimbursement terms

Important : Refunds are only issued after the condition of the returned product has been verified .
6. Exchanges
- We would like to inform you that we no longer offer exchange services.
- Products returned and validated by our services are only eligible for a refund.
- If you want to receive a different product, you will need to place a new order on our online store.
7. Defective item
Any apparent defects must be reported by email within 3 working days after delivery to: info@famjeans.com .
- Please attach photos of the defect.
- The product must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
After this period, we cannot guarantee that the return will be processed.
8. Order Cancellation
Orders are processed quickly, so it is not possible to modify or cancel them via the website .
