Shipping policy

1. Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
During high-traffic periods (sales, promotions, holidays), this timeframe may be slightly longer.
In case of out-of-stock items, we will notify you immediately.
2. Delivery Areas
F.A.M. JEANS currently delivers to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, and Czech Republic.
We do not yet deliver to the overseas territories or countries outside Europe.
(Orders outside this list cannot be placed.)
3. Delivery Methods and Carriers
Deliveries are handled by DPD and Colissimo, depending on the delivery method selected at checkout:
- DPD Pickup Point* (delivery to a pickup location)
- DPD Predict (scheduled home delivery)
- Colissimo Home Delivery (Europe only)
The delivery method is chosen at checkout.
If the Pickup Point option is selected, the customer selects their pickup location after payment.
*Note: If you do not select a pickup point, we will send you an email allowing you to choose one. You will have 24 business hours to make your selection. If we do not hear back from you within this timeframe, your order will be shipped to the pickup point closest to the delivery address provided in your order.
4. Delivery Times
Mainland France (excluding overseas territories)
- DPD Pickup Point: 24 to 48 business hours
- DPD Predict: 24 to 48 business hours
- Corsica: 48 to 72 business hours
Europe
- DPD Pickup Point: 2 to 8 business days
- DPD Predict: 2 to 8 business days
- Colissimo Home Delivery: 3 to 15 business days
These timeframes are indicative and may vary depending on the carrier or time of year.
5. Shipping Costs
Mainland France
- DPD Pickup Point: €3.90
- DPD Predict (scheduled): €6.90
Europe
- DPD Pickup Point: €3.90
- DPD Predict (scheduled): €6.90
- Colissimo Home Delivery: €9.90
Additional €5 for orders over 2 kg.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout.
Free shipping is not currently offered at F.A.M. JEANS.
6. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link.
Tracking can also be viewed directly on the carrier’s website for more transparency.
7. Absence or Non-Collection
If you are not present when the carrier attempts delivery, your package will be left at the nearest pickup point or post office.
You will have 10 business days to collect it with an ID and, if needed, the delivery notice.
After this period, the package will be automatically returned to F.A.M. JEANS.
If the customer requests a reshipment after return, shipping costs will be at their expense.
8. Delayed or Lost Orders
In case of delayed or problematic delivery, it is recommended to contact the carrier directly (DPD or Colissimo) using the tracking number.
If the carrier does not resolve the issue, our customer service can intervene to find a solution.
F.A.M. JEANS cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by carriers, customs, or other external events (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).
9. Customs Duties and Taxes
For deliveries outside the European Union, any customs duties and import taxes are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid directly to the carrier upon delivery.
