1. How do I return an item?

1. Log in to your account using the email address you used when ordering: www.famjeans.com/account
OR
2. Access the order confirmation email and click the "View your order" link.

Steps to make a return:

1. Click on the "Request a return" button.
2. Select a return reason.
   For an exchange, specify the desired model, color and size.
3. After validation of your request, you will receive a DPD return label by email.

2. Return conditions and costs

- Exchange or credit note (valid for 6 months) : free return.
- Full or partial refund : a return fee of €6.90 will be deducted from the refund.

Returns must be made within 15 working days of receiving the package.

5. Exchanges

Request a return from your account. You can exchange your item for a different size or style, subject to availability. A return slip is provided free of charge for the first exchange.

Return after an exchange

If the exchanged item is not suitable, the return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. Please return the item to the following address within 14 days:

Exchanges remain refundable within 14 days of receipt of the initial product (not the exchanged product).

6. Return conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unworn (indoor testing only)
• Unwashed
• In their original packaging
• With all tags attached

7. Reimbursement

Once your return has been received and validated by our team, the refund will be made via the payment method used during the purchase, in the name of the company CODENIM , within a maximum of 15 days .
Note: Processing times may vary depending on your banking institution.

8. Incorrect amount refunded?

FAM reserves the right to refuse a return made after the deadline or if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.

9. Cancellation of order

As orders are processed quickly, it is not possible to modify or cancel them via the website. For any urgent requests, please contact us at: info@famjeans.com

10. Defective item received

Any apparent defect must be reported by email within 3 working days after delivery, to the following address: info@famjeans.com .
Please attach photos of the defect. After this time, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
The product must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, with the references of the initial order.
