1. How do I return an item?

You can initiate a return in just a few clicks:

Option 1: From your customer account

1. Log in to your account with the email address you used to place your order: www.famjeans.com/account
2. Go to the "Orders" section and select the relevant order.
3. Click on “Request a return” .
4. Indicate a reason for return and, if you would like an exchange* , specify the desired model, color and size.
5. Submit your request.
   

*Please note : If no exchange is specified, we will automatically refund your order.

Once your request has been validated by our team, you will receive your DPD return label by email.

Option 2: From your confirmation email

1. Open your order confirmation email.
2. Click on the "View your order" button.
3. Follow the same steps as above to request a return

2. Return conditions and costs

You have 14 working days after receiving your order to make a return, in accordance with the legislation on the right of withdrawal.

First return (per order)

• Exchange: free (offer not valid for orders paid for with store credit)
• Refund: fees may apply depending on the refund method chosen.

Additional return(s) for the same order

• Exchange: return and reshipping costs are your responsibility (valid within 14 days of receipt of the initial product).
• Refund: Fees may apply depending on the refund method, in addition to any additional return fees.
  

Note: For additional returns or exchanges, we can provide you with a return and/or shipping label. The corresponding fees will then be added to your charge.

Refund terms

• Store credit: valid for 6 months on the entire site, credited to your customer account, non-refundable and without deduction of fees.
• Standard refund: made to the payment method used for the purchase, with €6.90 deducted from the refunded amount.

4. Return period

Returns must be made within 14 working days of receipt of the product ordered.

5. Exchanges

1. Exchange requests are made from your customer account .
   To do this, go to the "My orders" section, then click on the "Request a return" button corresponding to the order in question.
2. Please indicate precisely the model, size and color desired in exchange.
3. Exchanges are processed subject to stock availability.
4. The first exchange is free : a return slip will be provided to you.
5. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will ship the requested model.

No returns will be accepted without prior validation from us.

Return after an exchange

If the exchanged item is not suitable, the return costs are the responsibility of the customer for subsequent exchanges.

Exchanges remain refundable within 14 days after receipt of the initial product ordered (and not the exchanged item).

6. Return conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unworn (indoor testing only)
• Unwashed
• In their original packaging
• With all tags attached

7. Reimbursement

Once your return has been received and validated by our team, the refund will be made via the payment method used during the purchase, in the name of the company CODENIM , within a maximum of 14 days .
Note: Delivery times may vary depending on your banking institution.

8. Incorrect amount refunded?

FAM reserves the right to refuse a return made after the deadline or if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.

9. Cancellation of order

As orders are processed quickly, it is not possible to modify or cancel them via the website. For any urgent requests, please contact us at: info@famjeans.com

10. Defective item received

Any apparent defect must be reported by email within 3 working days of delivery to the following address: info@famjeans.com .
Please attach photos of the defect. After this time, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
The product must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, with the references of the initial order.
