In accordance with European legislation, and in compliance with the minimum legal period of 14 days, you have 14 working days from the receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal.

1. How to return an item?

You can initiate a return in just a few clicks:

Option 1: From your customer account

1. Log in to your account using the email address you used to place your order: www.famjeans.com/en/account
2. Go to the "Orders" section and select the relevant order.
3. Click on "Request return".
4. Specify a reason for the return and, if you wish to exchange*, indicate the desired model, color, and size.
5. Send your request.

*Warning: If no exchange is specified, we will automatically proceed with a refund for your order.

Once your request is validated by our team, you will receive your DPD return label by email.

Option 2: From your order confirmation email

1. Open your order confirmation email.
2. Click on the "View your order" button.
3. Follow the same steps as above to request a return.

2. Return conditions and fees

You have 14 working days after receiving your order to make a return, in accordance with the right of withdrawal legislation.

First return (per order)

• Exchange: Free.
• Refund: €6.90 will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover return costs.

Additional return(s) for the same order

• Exchange: Return and reshipping costs are your responsibility (valid within 14 days of receiving the original product).
• Refund: €6.90 will be deducted from the refunded amount, in addition to any additional return costs.

Note: For additional returns or exchanges, we can provide you with a return and/or shipping label. The corresponding costs will be charged to you.

Refund methods

• Store credit: Valid for 6 months across the entire site and linked to your customer account.
• Standard refund: Processed using the original payment method.

4. Return deadline

Returns must be made within 14 working days of receiving the ordered product.

5. Exchanges

1. Exchange requests are made from your customer account.
   Go to the "My Orders" section, then click on the "Request a Return" button for the relevant order.
2. Please specify the exact model, size, and color you wish to exchange for.
3. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
4. The first exchange is free: a return label will be provided.
5. Once we receive your returned item, we will ship the requested model.

No return will be accepted without prior validation from us.

Return after an exchange

If the exchanged item is not suitable, return costs for subsequent exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

Exchanges remain refundable within 14 days of receiving the original ordered product (not the exchanged item).

6. Return conditions

Returned items must be:

• Unworn (tried on indoors only)
• Unwashed
• In their original packaging
• With all tags attached

7. Refund

Once your return is received and validated by our team, the refund will be processed using the original payment method, under the name of CODENIM, within a maximum of 14 days.
Note: Processing times may vary depending on your bank.

9. Order cancellation

10. Defective item received

Any apparent defect must be reported by email within 3 working days of delivery to: info@famjeans.com.
Please attach photos of the defect. After this period, no return or exchange will be accepted.
The product must be returned new, unworn, unwashed, in its original packaging, with the references of the initial order.
